You've mentioned you're environmental friendly, I was curious if you are currently involved in any organizations and if so, what they are.
I am currently not. As of right now it doesn't go much beyond keeping updated on the literature.

Besides WWE what is your favorite fed to work in?
I would have to say Frontier Wrestling Alliance in London. I was there for 5 days, and the guys were really great about showing me around and helping me out.

Are you Polish? Are there any Polish wrestlers in the WWE?
Yes, I'm Polish. And right now the only one I can think of is RVD.

If you had one piece of advice for young people, what would it be?
Never let anyone tell you that you can't do something.

When did you first realize that you wanted to go to Harvard?
I didn't know a damn thing about Harvard until my Junior year when they recruited me. I visited in January of my senior year of high school and liked it.

Who is your role model?
I have never considered myself to have just one role model. I have different ones for different aspects of life. I don't think that there is one person that has the whole world figured out.

In five words or less, how would you describe yourself?
Concussed. *laughs* No man can be defined in only 5 words.

What did you do to get into Harvard?
It's called scoring a 1500 on your SATs and finishing 9th in a class of 400, straight A's for the first three years of applications going out, captain of sports teams, doing theatre, being president of the social service organization of the school. That all helps you get in.

Would you ever consider selling or giving away your ring gear (BOOTS, TIGHTS, PADS, ECT...) to a private collector or fan of WWE?
The only time I would give away my ring stuff would be for a charity auction or something.

Other than yourself, which WWE Wrestler do you find the most entertaining and why?
These days I can't even look away when Mick Foley's on the mic, his promos and his energy make me realize why I went into this thing in the first place.

What are your New Year's Resolutions?
To get back in the ring.

What is your dream car?
I don't have a dream car. I'm more concerned with the environment.

If you had your choice, who would you like to work with when you get back?
I'd just like to work. I'll just be excited to work with anyone. There's so many great guys that I haven't even had a chance to work with yet.

Do you see yourself as either the RAW or SmackDown! champion one day?
One day? Yeah... I don't know. My goals are small; getting back into the ring. Once I clear those hurdles, I'll worry about the future.

What is a typical day in the life of Chris Nowinski?
I get up at 6am. I go to the gym for my first work out. After that, it's either physical therapy or doctor's appointments. Then I head home for lunch followed by another work out until it's time to go home for dinner. After dinner, most evenings are spent watching wrestling. I definitely manage to stay busy.

Did you go home for Christmas?
Yes.

What, if any, jobs did you hold while in highschool?
I was very lucky and didn't have to work. I played 3 different sports in school and then played summer sports as well. The only type of job that I really had was working at summer sports camps when I wasn't going to them myself.

What were your SAT scores?
760 Verbal, 740 Math. I only took them once and didn't attend any prep classes.

What is your favorite thing to do for the holidays?
Getting to go home and see my family.

What is the best Christmas present you've ever gotten?
The best present I ever got was not a material thing nor can it be discussed on this site. ;)

How do you feel when a fan asks you for an autograph or tries to grab you from a crowd?
I"m a pretty big guy, no one has tried to grab me. As for autographs, I like signing for kids. I will not sign autographs for people that are just looking to make a profit from it. To me, the autographs are meaningless. I feel like it's the experience of the meeting that counts.

Who is your favorite author and were you reading Catcher In The Rye during Tough Enough?
I really don't have a favorite author. I'm not into authors like Stephen King and such, I'd rather read something that's going to feed my brain. I'm reading The Tipping Point by Malcolm Gladwell now and recently finished The Blank Slate by Steven Pinker. As for reading Catcher In The Rye, yes, probably I was. I didn't like it.

Which matches have seemed to stand out the most to you and why?
The match with the Dudley's at the PPV, plus I got to win. It's a new level of excitement. Also the Tommy Dreamer Classroom match last September. I really liked that one.

What kind of car do you drive?
I have a Honda Accord. I'm pro-environment and don't feel I need to impress anyone.

Do you travel alone or with someone?
I usually travel with people.

Do you still keep in contact with Greg?
No, I haven't talked to him in awhile. We sometimes run into each other at shows.

Do you ever plan to be a baby face?
Tough decision. Not really, I kind of like being a heel.

Do you plan to stay in the WWE?
As long as I can.

Would you ever consider joining Evolution?
Sure, it seems the place to be right now.

What is your response to people who say that you are the most talented of the Tough Enough alumni?
It's very flattering, but we're all so young in the business and we're all going to grow in leaps and bounds. The question is who will be the most talented in five years?

What is your favorite kind of music?
Classical, mostly Bach and Tchaikovsky.

Did you really have surgery?
Yes.

How often do you work out?
Every day, sometimes twice a day.

Can you recommend a good training school for professional wrestling?
It's hard for any one wrestler to recommend a school because they've only been exposed to one or two in their career. With that said, I have had nothing but good experiences with Chaotic Training Center in North Andover, Massachusettes. Head Trainer Mike Hallow is great. His training is consistent with what I'm taught in the WWE. He does instill the proper attitude which is important.

What is the name of your entrance music?
*laughs* I have no idea.

What is it like working with Jeff Hardy? Do you feel you complement each other in the ring?
I love working with Jeff. He has amazing talent. He's done a lot for the company. I love working with someone that the fans really like. The one thing about working with Jeff is that every match gets better and better.

What was your favorite class while attending Harvard?
Science A39. Time: Neutonian Physics, Special and General Relativity & Quantum Mechanics.

Who is your WWE role model?
Al Snow.

How were you able to stay motivated after losing Tough Enough?
Nothing worth having comes easy!

Is it true that your finisher is called the Honor Roll?
Yes.

Where is your favorite place to wrestle?
Allstate Arena in Chicago. It's great to have my family there. Fleet Center in Boston. Madison Square Gardens, the history and mystique there is wonderful.

Are you still dating the girl that came to see you during Tough Enough?
No.

How do you prepare for your matches?
It's almost 100% mental. I find a dark corner, picture what I want to do, do 20 quick pushups and hit the curtain.

What is it like when you walk through the Titan Tron?
I get real excited. When everyone stands up and starts booing, it's a great feeling. It's a feeling you wait all week for.

What is it like working with Maven?
It's really cool. We have really great chemistry and I know him better than anyone else in the company. We can do things together that we can't do with others yet because of our history. Maven and I have a special in ring chemistry so this has been really great.

What is Chris' favorite food?
Pizza from Lou Malnatis in Chicago.
